Cheapest at the time of booking. Very efficient transfers though the trip to Heathrow was breaking every speed limit. Very friendly staff.

Very easy to book on line! The carpark is very secure, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the journey too and from the airport was comfortable and easy. To get picked just a simple phone call! A very professional setup. A good way to start and finish a holiday!

Couldn't ask for anymore

Waited 2 minutes for my car to be collected, friendly and courteous. On return they called me as I was in baggage. I missed it but called back. He said they'd had a driver available to bring my car when they'd called so I would have to wait for the next one. I only waited 20 minutes. Very clear instructions given on the phone to drop off and collect at departures pick up point (LHR Terminal 3). Second time I've used the service.

Brilliant service, however I had to wait 45min (approx) for my car to be dropped off . I thought it was because my flight was delayed by 15 mins but that should have been accounted for. Whilst waiting there was a lady in front and she was waiting for some time too. I realised it was one person dropping the cars off. If this was done timely I would have given them 10!

Everything was bang on other then drop off had to pay 4.50 to go in a car park like on instructions to then be told to come out again other then that everyrhing else was bang on and would recommend!!

Drop off and collection of our car was fast, our flight was delayed by 5hrs which was not a problem at all and they didn’t charge me for being so many hours late. I always use A2Z. Car came back in same same condition in which it was taken.

Simple drop and pick up for T4. Definitely use again. Chap on duty friendly and helpful.

Everything worked as promised: they were there for the drop-off and arrived quickly for the pick-up. They just need to revise the directions to get to Terminal 4 from the M4, as they weren't clear. But aside from that small reservation I was very pleased and will certainly use them again.

Overall the experience of using Skypark 2 was very good. It was great to be parked indoors but i did not realise at the time of booking it was Floor 8 in a multi storey carpark. It is possible to go up the windy ramp the wrong way, be careful to follow the signage. Drop off was fine. Pickup marked down because we seemed to wait quite a while. Website needs updating - don't beep your horn on arrival, and don't pay the shuttle bus driver an extra £6 as it tells you to do. Otherwise very good value for money for 3 days parking and i would use again.

Drop off is fast and easy, but the number I was given didn't work, so I had to scramble for another number. (It seems to be working now though). Pick up took about 20 min.

Best airport service i have used.

This is a much improved system, for dropping off car & keys at a designated spot. Feels more official. Friendly staff. Only problem on return, was finding the seat (AND steering wheel) had been moved so much by the parking attendant that I hurt my head and neck getting into the car.

The signage could be improved as there are 2 multi story car parks within 50 metres of each other but apart from the confusion of where to go I will still use this car parking facility in the future. Once you know the procedure its very easy and efficient and I would definitely recommend it. Also one of the reasons that I chose this car parking was that they advertised where your car is going to be parked (on the top floor of a multi story car park) and you know its not going to be parked in a muddy field somewhere. I photographed my car mileage when I dropped it off and it was the same when I picked it up.

Our experience was very good. Drop off was simple other than a little difficult to find the right person to hand off keys to. The return experience involves more waiting for the right person to come with our keys. We waited about 15 minutes. He apologised and said that a previous customer had become stuck at the exit barrier and that’s why he wasn’t there with our key. We had no problem exiting.

They were very helpful and managed to bring the car back earlier then I'd booked after I made a mistake with flight times.
