Bit confusing pickup - email says get picked up in short stay car park but it was in the drop off zone where there are all these sign of "no drop off"

I found it difficult to find my way out of the car park as Exit signage was unclear. Drivers were courteous.

Easy to use.

Booked last minute where other companies would no longer take booking and all went pretty smoothly but at both drop off and pick up, I had to wait a bit longer than I would have liked. It was meant to be a 10-15 min wait but in both cases it was over 25 min wait and I just didn't have that time available that day. Otherwise all good.

Process worked well although I had to wait for 25 mins after calling them when I returned. Also please note, your car will not be sanitised when its returned, you need to do that yourself.

Everything was really easy and well organised. Drove to the terminal and dropped the car right in front of the airport. My car was ready for my return. Perfect service, will definitely be using again.

The gentleman was very helpful when I left my case in the car and he drove away. The drop off did change from the itinerary but that was more my fault as I struggled to hear the new instructions. Overall good service will use again.

My flight was cancelled so I couldn't use the car park, so money was wasted & was told they don't give refunds as booking is non-flex.

All went well, No faults to report,....One improvement that might help, would be better signage, how to find the Parking area,and a better "way out " sign, and exit , once car is collected. Very polite, and helpfull,staff, efficient, and kept in touch with us, when we arrived at Heathrow.

Very friendly and on time that’s the most important thing. Last time I waited 2 an half hours just to get my car back from different company.!

It took half an hour for the car to be collected which was a little annoying, however the pick was a very short wait which was great.
