Good service

This was cheaper than using the train or coach(!) and I dropped the car outside departures and it was waiting for me right outside arrivals as soon as we arrived. Fantastic value.

not often i have a chance of a meet and greet service, i fly once or twice a year from heathrow terminal 2. yellow parking were perfect, i was waiting outside for 3 mins only and , on my return ,ike the guy who dealt with me was waiting for me. flight was economy , my parking was 1st class thanks ike and yellow parking

Was great only wished you could drop cases off before parking as its shingle, when wet and muddy your pulling your cases through it which isn't ideal at all but the rest was brilliant

Overall I'm happy whit the service I get , they should show the preace of insurance on the web not at the desk when you pick up the key. The only 2 options you have for insurance are far to big comparative whit the rent preace , first it is useless as cover almost noting and the second one in me case was 11 times the rent preace , so a bit over I expected.

No problem , value for money car parking. My son left his ecig in the pick up car and when asking if they could look for it the answer wasn’t what was expected , it wasn’t a yes or no but he shouldn’t leave valuables in the car. He lost it in the car not left it on purpose. Apart from that no problems

Great service

A nice secure place to put your car, not far from Gatwick. It felt safe leaving my van with them. It was quick and easy to drop off our van and give them the keys and they take some details fo you and give you a card. They then take you in a minibus to the airport and you just ring them up from the card they give you when you get back and they bring you back in the minibus to your car. Our van was kept safe by them. The minibus driver was safe and told everyone to put their seatbelts on which I really liked. Really good service and great price! I would highly recommend!

It was great, the man that I met leaving the car was very friendly and nice. It was a very smooth affair and it was much appreciated since we had a bit of organizing to do with my sisters things, then mine and all the rest. Thank you so much! and it was wonderful to come back and have the car ready to go. Will for sure use this service again, it was a delight to start and end traveling like this.

From booking to drop off was a very easy process then whilst we were away we were informed that our flights had changed to a day later than planned but contacting ParkingBox and rearranging could not have been easier, so many thanks for what could have been a very stressful time. Great on departure and on time to grab my car and go! Speedy service. On return it was a 45minute wait but would definitely use them again 👍

Only issue was we had to pay £4 to exit the car park on our return. Now the driver drove straight in we got into the car and left... I thought that would be free?

I booked my beloved Porsche in with eagle for a few days as the price seemed good and the reviews were solid. it’s a friendly, no frills service, the car def wasn’t kept undercover, but the pick up and drop off went smoothly and the car came back without any blemishes or signs of damage/mistreatment and I would use them again. For the price it’s a no brainer.

The person I spoke to in the office confused me as to where I should have met the driver. Once I spoke to the driver everything was sorted

Car drop off was in time driver was polite and friendly. My pick up service was efficient seeing as we flew through customs and baggage pick up. Car came back just as I’d dropped it off. Quick response to all my questions. Cannot fault will definitely use again . This was meet and greet service 100% satisfied

Overall a good experience but expensive compared to other meet and greet operators, but you get what you pay for. I opted for a cheaper operator last year and had to wait 3/4 hour for the pick up.

Very good price to value. They could put more signs to find they car park easier.
