Delete your A2Z account
You can close the customer account used in the A2Z Airport Parking app. Bookings and payments are kept for tax, fraud and operator records.
Airport parking
From the app
Sign in, open Account, then tap Close account and confirm. That works for email, Google and Apple sign-in.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email info@a2zairportparking.co.uk from the address on the account. Tell us you want the account closed. We may ask you to confirm a booking reference.
What we remove
Login access is revoked. Name, email, mobile and similar contact fields on the customer record are anonymised so you cannot sign in again with those details.
What we keep
Parking bookings, payment records and related operator information stay in our systems where we need them for tax, fraud prevention, complaints and the parking contract. Those records are not a live customer login.
